Originally from Wisconsin, I have been lucky enough to call the Central Coast my home since 1997. I'm married and a proud father of a 23 year old ex-Marine and a 16 year old sophomore at Paso Robles High School. I support several local causes and charities and our agency tries to give back to the community.
I've been an agent with State Farm since 2005 and I am so grateful for the opportunity I've had to serve the Paso Robles, Templeton, San Miguel and Atascadero area through fires, storms and other weather events. Thankfully we have been spared from wild fires and earthquakes but we are here to help if those do occur.

We love Steve Weber State farm office in Paso Robles. We moved two hours away but still do our business with this office because of the amazing service. I know they care about their customers. Thank you to Diane for your exceptional service on 10/20/21. I asked so many questions, changed directions and you were nothing but patient, professional and awesome. I hung up feeling good about my decision and confident that with your help my family is getting the best coverage to meet our needs. I appreciate you guys so much... He and his staff have been helping our family since my father first walked into this office many years ago.
I can't say enough of great feedback on the level of service.

Your agent is there to provide you the best coverage for a reasonable price and many do that. I feel their real worth is when there is a claim and how that is handled. I had a very odd claim (first one in 30 years) that resulted in damage to my vehicle. State Farm was skeptical do to a misunderstanding of a repair and the nature of the claim thus initially declined the claim. I emailed Steve and then provided additional documents. He called claims to discuss and submitted the documents. the The claim was reopenedand as of yesterday has been approved for payment. Couldn't be more pleased

I don't know Steve but I do know Amber and she is the best of the best. So good in fact when she left to join Steve's office I stayed with her, she is that good. They handle 2 homes 2 cars and a everything in between for me. If you have a chance to talk to Amber the quality of customer service is second to none. If yelp had a 6th star she'd get it.

Awesome customer service! Amber, who helps me out all the time, is kind, informative, and gets things done in a quick proficient manner.
