Dr. Herrero currently teaches the 3rd- and 4th-year students in the Comprehensive Care clinics and is involved in research projects. Dr. Herrero belongs to the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Academy of Operative Dentistry, and American Association of Dental Research.
In his free time, Dr. Herrero has taken up cross-country and downhill skiing to take advantage of the winter months, and in the remaining time enjoys biking, camping, and canoeing in northern Michigan, as well as traveling.Our team is excited to welcome you to our practice! During the bonding process, our dentist places a tooth-colored material known as composite resin on the tooth structure.

Very professional office with incredibly friendly staff! It has been years since I have felt comfortable seeing the dentist. Dr. Herrero takes the time to answer any and every question you have, and has yet to make me feel a sense of urgency or 'hurried out'. Every procedure I have had him do thus far has been painless and well done.

Where to start on the positives of this office. How about the incredibly kind phone call and easy scheduling with the receptionist, which led to an extremely easy to find office with ample parking.
I was then greeted by the incredibly kind receptionist that I initially spoke with, who had me fill out forms on a very easy to follow program using an IPad.
I truly only had to wait a few mins to be called in by the hygenist, Sarah. She was warm, personable funny, and so competent, and gentle with me. She had me almost falling asleep, during a cleaning!! :)
After all of this insanely kind treatment

Visiting Dr. Herrero's office was an extremely pleasurable and professional experience. I appreciated the staff explaining to me what would happen during the procedure and what to expect. Not only was it painless, they checked with me numerous times and the doctor personally did as well. I was very impressed with everyone and of course the work I had done on my teeth. I've had a couple of appointments so far and each time has been incredibly comfortable and welcomed.
Dr. Herrero is so kind and personable. He always wants to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied.
You can put any fears aside that you might have of the dentist if your coming here. The fear is gone and immediately replaced with trust and care.

Had a cavity filled and was happy with the speed and quality of the work. Dr. Herrero works swiftly but not without care. You can tell he is very comfortable and skilled with his tools - he makes it look easy but this is just the mark of a well experienced professional. He will save you a trip back because he is very thoughtful and conservative in his approach. The patient is always right though and he will not pressure you into anything you don't want to do, but he will be honest in his recommendations.
