I switch from progressive because I got a better rate. Then my rate went up once then again. Fair enough I had stuff on my driving record. Then I get a noticed they canceled me!! Why not say that at first when my premium went up? I noticed my house insurance went up I sent Nubia an email I heard nothing back. I called when I got my cancellation and heard nothing back neither. Worst experience EVER. If it's to good to be true don't switch or you'll end up right back with your old insurance either way.

Rude front office. Very unprofessional when questions were asked.
Why would you reply 3 months later? It's not how " I feel " it's how your office acted. If customer service is your top priority retrain front office to answer simple question without the attitude. I already got help from another office that wasn't rude & pointed us in correct direction.

After calling Lisa Ross’ agency to get an auto quote, I was floored at the knowledge and expertise of Jessica, a State Farm representative at that location. She took her time to explain all the options to me, helped me to understand the details and made me feel so much better. Their agents are nice and helpful but when it comes to doing part of their job like transferring your account to a different office they do not get back to you or get it done. I now live more than an hour from this office and have no time to drive to them just to change small things that hapoen to require a signature.
I've been waiting weeks to straighten out my account at a different office and nothing has been done because of their inefficiency. Not to mention, they have messed up my policy at least twice ending in overcharging me more than hundreds of dollars and not giving me anything

Buyer beware. You really need to check your statement every month for extra charges. I received a call to sell me more coverage and when I asked about my bill I was transferred, put on hold and disconnected. Its been over 3 months cause the refund is been reviewed and it needs to be approved by a superior to get a refund. They are great to take your money, I give them that. I check periodically and I get the same excuse it's been reviewed. The coverage was under someone else name but I got billed. Yes a refund was issued but under the other person. I got charged but they won't refund the money

Awesome! Lots of professionals to help, but still the small town feel & personal service. I love that they helped me understand what the stuff on my policy means & let me pick the coverage I wanted. Everybody else just throws a policy at you, then you find out you don't have the right coverage AFTER something happened. This is a LOT better way to do it! And I don't have to think about my policy because I know we got it right & they will contact me regularly to check for changes that might change my needs. If my car gets hit, I don't have to freak out because I know they
