Great experience. They take time of explaining what happening with your teeth. They give a good advise on what the treatment plan will be. Dr. Shen is awesome. The xray technician took my xray without any problem. The whole area are clean and tidy. Coffee and tea are provided while your waiting. Kudos to your team

My experience overall was amazing. I was impressed by the overall service. I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past. The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable with no judgment.
They explain everything in detail when doing any procedure. They listened to any concerns I had. They frequently asked if I was okay.
After my visit they helped reschedule my next visit. We went over any insurance payment information and out of pocket costs in detail.
I highly recommend Trinity Family Dental.
