I have been with Jax color for years. I had to switch because of my last couple of experiences with Matt who is one of the reps that started taking care of us more recently. My last order of 857.00 was promised to me within a week or so. It took a month or so. This guy acts as if he could care less. I begged him to send me over proofs before doing my prints. I ask for these on 3 separate occasions. He did my prints with out sending me proofs but made sure that I got my invoice 3 different times😂 Then when sent my employee there to pick up and ask him what happened to the proofs. He took the

JaxColor is the best! I came in to town for a conference and needed a banner for an exhibit. JaxColor answered any and all of my questions and even sent me pictures of real examples to ensure that I was getting exactly what I had in mind since I could not come in to their store. They worked with me to make sure that everything was in order and that the process was as smooth as possible. Our organization began using JaxCentral in January 2013. We have had a banner stand printed, panel/rack cards, No. 9 envelopes, remittance envelopes, postcards, perforated pledge sheets, copies, 11x17 newsletters, a photo cropped and mounted and more through JaxCentral. More than a few times, I have called or dropped by with an urgent, last-minute request and their staff promptly assists me. Their staff members are professional, courteous, helpful and knowledgable.
