Upon graduation I attended the University of Washington, and remain a rabid Husky fan, a 34 year football season ticket holder. Lauren Maguire led me through the home sale process flawlessly, especially helpful because we had problem tenants in the house and I live out of state! She handled everything super professionally, gave me excellent advice for what did and didn’t need to be done, set the price at the perfect point for a quick yet profitable sale. Lots more extras such as hiring and overseeing the contractors and checking progress daily. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I had a bad experience with an agent I had hired in the beginning of the sale process. After our 6 month term ended I called Greene Realty. They promptly came to my house, gave me valuable advice regarding improvements, staging, pricing etc. and assured me they would get my place sold. My agents Barb Furman and Katie Carter-Kennedy were wonderful. My calls were always timely answered and questions addressed.
