Under One Roof Construction opened in 1993, principally to serve the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte area with new construction roofing and roofing repairs. Our construction company grew rapidly due to the high quality of work we performed. In 2000 we completed our first custom home.

In business since 1993, we are licensed general contractors serving North Carolina, South Carolina and the greater Mississippi Area. Storm damage can be chaotic to our homes and lives. We have worked to repair and rebuild many homes after numerous major hurricanes and storms. Returning your home or business back to better standards than it was before the storm is our rationale. We have vast experience working with insurance adjusters and realtors, thus allowing us to avoid a lot of "red tape" and obstacles.

Under One Roofing was great to deal with!!! Carey's communication was great! This was no insurance job! They were priced competitive, and performed the installation of my roof beyond my expectations! The roofing crew performed a two day installation in a full twelve hours on one hot day. The roofing crew did not damage any of my landscaping, and cleaned up perfectly with rolling magnets. I would highly recommend Under One Roof Construction to anyone.
