Buyer Be Ware.. This place is incredibly unorganized and unwilling to return phone calls. Even living in the same town I never got a phone call to update the staus of my case only mail correspondence. I had to ask for certain things to be paid attention to so many times I lost count. And the issues were still never addressed. The pay upfront policy works great for them because after they get their money they don't really want anything else to do with you until you sign papers.
