My name is Peter Luchsinger and I'm the owner and founder of Pal Photography. I'm an Anchorage, Alaska wedding and portrait photographer that travels all over the state and Lower 48 to photograph weddings and portraits. My style covers a wide range of degrees. It can be the traditional look for wedding portriats and business portraits. It can the be the fun children portraits when we are running around the park or the motorcycle engagement session driving around town. Hi, My name is Peter and I'm the owner of Pal Photography. My philosophy on photography is to have fun and let the real you come out in the photography. I was born and raised here in Anchorage. I went to college at Montana State University in Bozeman where I earned my BA in photography. After graduating I came back to Alaska and started Pal Photography in 2006.

We called Peter for help with our wedding in the middle of summer time in Alaska and with very little notice. He was able to get us in and completely exceeded our expectations. He made me as the bride feel at ease, he was a great sidekick to have for wedding tips. Things I would never have even thought of! Our pictures are absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. I would give extra stars if I could. We’ll be using him for photography for life ! Thank you Peter for capturing amazing moments from the most important day ever ! So grateful

Paid in full for a $2500 wedding package in July of 2018. Still haven't received the entire package we paid for and have not heard from Peter in a long time. When he does contact you he promises that it is being worked on and will be a couple of weeks. It's been almost a couple of years and still haven't received all the package we paid for. Hire someone else to photograph your special day if you want to see the pictures before your 2nd anniversary.

Peter is a thoughtful member of the Anchorage community and an ace in his craft. He volunteered his time to take photos of the American Cancer Society's 2016 Anchorage Wine & Food Festival and demonstrated tremendous professionalism and skill at this black-tie event.
