Kinetic Computer was founded by Kevin Baumhover and Jason Speight with the intention of providing a full spectrum of computer products and services at extremely affordable prices, with exceptional service and support. We achieve this by buying in very large volume, and pricing our products and services at a much lower than market average price point.
We know that sometimes the damage or older computers just aren't worth repairing, so don't pay someone to tell you that. You may be asking yourself, why would they do this for FREE? I'll tell you why. We are looking to introduce ourselves to you and to build a long term trusting relationship with you.
If your Mac or PC computer is not running the way it used to you may need a hardware or software upgrade. You can save yourself a lot of money by upgrading your laptop or desktop hardware components or OS, instead of replacing your entire computer. At Kinetic Computer, we can do this work quickly and for a low cost.

Do not order a computer from this company. I ordered a computer and paid for it. I NEVER received my computer and they did not refund my money. I have left messages and sent emails regarding my refund with no response. I am very disappointed because when I did speak to some one they seemed very nice and willing to correct the mistake of not sending me my computer and refunding my money.

I have never had a problem with this team. I usually just go to the store and pick out what I want. I don't need fancy computers and with pandemic I am sure he got hit hard with orders as people were staying or working from home or school. I call for a part and Kevin will call me back and said when to pick up.

After reading other reviews it seems I need to put a stop payment on my order. From full vm to no call back. I can understand things come up but I can't even get the excuses some others have gotten. I'll look elsewhere.

Always friendly. but there customer service is a 2 they dont update you. i paid for a custom pc with a eta of 7 to 10 buisness days starting on the 27th of january 2021 its now feb 17th 2021 and ive asked for a refund due to my order not being completed in a timely manner. ive only had excuses since my 2nd email to them and never get a hold of them by phone.1 star rating and only becuase hey are polite.

Wanted to leave a quick note that these guys do an awesome job. Had an issue with a laptop I purchased and needed it fixed quickly. They were able to swap out the hard drive in my non-working laptop into a working unit and get me back on my feet. They were very friendly and had me back out the door and working on projects for school again in under 20 minutes. Good value and service, check them out.

I order a used, put-together gaming pc from a sale advertised on their website. It was advertised to be ready 7-10 business days, and that I'd receive an email for pickup. I was charged immediately for the item. I received an email letting me know my order had been placed, an itemized list of what I'd asked for on the pc, that the pc would be ready in 7-10 business days, and that I'd get an email or phone call saying when to pick up the pc.

Service was impeccable! I came to purchase a laptop for my soon to be college freshman. We had no idea what we were looking for and Kevin was extremely informative about all our options and add on features. To top it all off I spent almost $250 LESS than I would’ve at another retailer. Ordered a laptop from here in late August for my brother. I never received a call or status update, so I stopped by the store in early December. They promised to get my PC in, in a week or two, no call or update. I stopped in again in mid December, they promised a status update in a week. No call or email. I called the store three times and left two separate voicemails, none were returned. I had to stop by the store, yet again, to ask for a refund. They processed my refund while I waited.

I don't know who these people are, and I have never done business with them. However, I just received a text message out of the blue telling me to visit their website and look at their new stuff for sale.
I understand today is an age of digital marketing, but customer's should still have a sense of privacy with the companies they work with, and be given some sort of indication that they'll receive marketing messages. Really surprised by a few of the reviews left here. I've dealt with Kevin now for years. Multiple machines for myself, my family, and my friends. He's been totally up front and always and honors his warranties. On the couple of occasions where I've needed follow up service he has been stellar.

Took my macbook to have security check as I purchased it used. I was impressed with their honesty and pricing that was less than half what I was quoted from another well known co. took in on sunday before Labor Day. had back in a day. Kevin was informative without talking "over my head"and took as much time as I needed to answer my many questions. And most of all, fixed it right the first time. Awesome people to deal with!!!!! Will never go anywhere else. Five Stars not enough. In the age we live in, its hard to find exceptional service for anything. These people are EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

Sold me a MacBook I wasn't happy with and offered little help and no recourse.
They've also had a Mac desktop I traded in since April, finally in mid June after many emails from me and lots of excuses from them, they told me they'd give me $100 for it. I've still yet to see that money and they've stopped replying to my emails about it. Terrible customer service and poor products. Stay away.
