Polar Bell Embroidery was started by Mary Nguyen in 1982 as a home-based business. As a single mother of three, Mary was heartfelt whenever she had to leave her three kids to a day care center. Mary's mother was an embroidery instructor. As a 2nd Generation embroiderer Mary left her job and used the only skills she knows to make a living in order to support her family.

I wanted to to a hand-embroidery at first my due to time constraints, I opted out of that. I was lucky to find that this store is local and the gentleman was very responsive and accommodating both through calls and in person. I got "President 2020" embroidered for a very reasonable price and time. The results is really beautiful, I would recommend this store!

I'll be short this time around lol. I absolutely love this place. It's that time of the year for me to come and get aprons embroidered again. Trung does an amazing job every single time I come here. It's affordable and Trung is awesome! If you need anything embroidered, you need to visit this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone reading my review!

I LOVE this place! Omg the service where do I start....they are amazing and super helpful!!!! The BEST part is it AFFORDABLE!!!! He doesn't try to rip you off. The price is super faire! The speed and customer service wonderful! I definitely will bring all my clothes to this place to get it embroidered!

I dropped my Nike Manchester City track jacket off to have some letters embroidered on the back. I walked in, a guy came out from the back and listened to what I wanted and then wrote up the order.
He asked when I needed it and I gave him a little less than a week. He only had to embroider 4 (5-inch) letters on the back of the jacket but the shop did look very busy.
I liked that the shop had tons of different pieces of work that they have done for customers.
They did a good job on my jacket and I will definitely go back with more business.

I have to tell you, I feel somewhat embarrassed that I am just now writing a review for Polar Bell Embroidery because I've been a customer for several years. While they do great work or shirts, jackets and hats they are all about helping you to solve your embroidery issues. My particular issue occurred back in October of last year when I needed a HUGE patch (37" x 14") embroidered for my trade show exhibit. The guy who works here is very helpful and he made sure I had all the options I can get for my order. My first set of orders were 3 zip up letters and all the same style but in Small, medium, and large. I knew it will take longer for my order to finish since my original order was to only get the medium and large. But since I added the small, not only he was very ok with my last min add but he quickly do all 3 zip ups within 2 weeks.

Trung was very helpful and the work turned out great. I had 5 shirts to be embroidered with my company logo. I emailed the logo to Trung and he sent me a very reasonable quote within an hour. I dropped the shirts off and he quoted their standard 5-7 days turnaround. However, he finished it within 3 business days.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience here about 1 year ago and I have not been back. I had both a sweatshirt and pillow designed for my sorority, both were off centered and I was told it was because of the italics font (by about 2 inches) The quality overall was okay but I did not receive great service. My pick up date was pushed back twice and when it was finally ready, I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes until I was noticed, the women at the front barely talked to me and didn't say anything or offer any suggestions when I was noticeable displeased about the outcome.
