I gotta say im not happy as a consumer with this company. Quite honestly a hassle more than anything and an expensive one at that. At first I was shopping for a company not based solely on price but also quality and thought when I picked up my product I'd get just that especially after 2.5 weeks of waiting. I mean they're printing apparel not making microchips or building houses :/
Anyways when I received my product half the shirts logos were off center and looked rushed, I mean spending $560.00 for 12 shirts is steep enough but then to get a half assed product is straight disappointing

Great service. I ordered custom made bandanas from this company, they had to re-design my print and it came out perfect. I would recommend to anyone looking for custom printing because they were very attentive to changes and my deadlines. Had to ship all the way to TX and it worked out great.

I searched many sources to find a quality bandanna producer and so glad I landed on Planet Apparel! Working with Holly was great. She really knows the printing business and worked with me to come up with the perfect strategy for my Beto 2018 Bandanna campaign. The bandannas look fantastic and were a complete success. I will definitely be coming back to Planet Apparel for bandanas as well as t-shirts, totes and everything else!

I can't recommend Planet Apparel enough! I needed printed bandanas made up for a fund-raising march for Tourette's disease on fairly short notice. Working with Christian was a dream - he was polite, helpful and responsive to all my questions. The bandanas arrived earlier than requested and they look absolutely fabulous!

Chicago Children's Choir has used Planet Apparel for the past few years for our Voice of Chicago casual uniform tees. You may have recently seen them at Chance the Rapper's "Magnificent Coloring Day" Festival in Chicago. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they always meet our crazy deadlines! We like using them so much that when we changed our logo for our 60th anniversary, we immediately went to them to place a 700+ order to dress all of our after-school program singers. Customer Service is off the charts!!
First of all, I will disclose that I did not use their services BUT (a big but) when I called I spoke to Jackie and she was beyond one of the nicest people on the phone. I called soooo many printing shops and they were rude and not helpful, she immediately recommended someone for the job and was extremely professional about it. I may have not used her services this time but I definitely will next time

We needed shirts for our company dodgeball competition. We had about a week to design and get the shirt done.
So we gave them the design on Monday and called Jacque to confirm. The problem was that we had a face photo-shopped included in the design. So Jacque talked to their art team and able to pull through to minimize the cost as more colors = more $$.
I was quite impressed. Jacque and Holly are responsive to emails as well.
The T-shirt was done by Friday and it turned out awesome. The photo-shopped face caricature that the art team created was really good. Overall: I would definitely come

Planet Apparel is a severely underrated printing company. I ordered about 70 shirts on a Wednesday and let them know that I would need them, ideally, by Friday. The owner told me that she would do everything she could to have my business and thus not only gave me professional advice and found the absolute best deal on shirts for me, but they had it done by that Friday.
The printing quality is fantastic.
