There are 10 unique neighborhoods within Oak Knoll Village: Amberly Lane, Fairfield, Maplewood, Prescott, Sarasota, Shady Lane, Sycamore Grove, Trails, Whispering Creek, and Wyeth.
Ladera Ranch's Township is located on the far eastern side of of the region near the Mercantile West and East shopping centers. The walk-ability of Township is high because of the conveniently located shopping, dining, cafes, schools, parks and hiking trails. There are three neighborhoods that make up Township: Aldenhouse, The Gables, and Three Vines.
Ladera Ranch's Brisgepark District is situated in the north western part of the city, bordering Flintridge Village, Oak Knoll Village, and Wycliffe Village. Being one of the smaller communities of Ladera Ranch, there are just two Bridgepark District neighborhoods: Chambray and Westcott. Single Family Residences, detached townhome/condos with smaller lots offering up to 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage and between 1545 - 1840 sq ft.
Ladera Ranch's Wycliffe District is situated on the far western, yet central part of the city. Wycliffe is made up of the four neighborhoods of Chesapeake, Davenport, Sansovino, & Surrey Farm. The area is populated with mostly condos except for the neighborhood of Surrey Farm which are all 3 bedroom, single family homes ranging around 1400-1500 sq ft.

I can’t speak highly enough about Amy Sims. She was adaptable to the market, up front about any foreseeable challenges with our property, and would not accept anything less than what our property was worth. Amy also appreciated the attachment we had to our property and ensured that it was not cheapen it in any way by low ball offers. She was so easy to speak with and she kept us updated every step of the way.

Amy and her team are a pleasure to work with. Amy provided the best selling pice, marketing strategy, presentation and our first offer was above asking after only being 8 days on the market. Amy also knew how to prepare for the appraisal to assure the our property appraised for full or above asking.
