Dr. Martin shows great attention to detail in his approach to treating patients. If you are looking for a doctor who is kind, compassionate, results driven and willing to treat the whole patient, not just the condition, then you are in the right place. Originally from Kansas, Dr. Martin received his D.C. and B.S. degrees, magna cum laude, from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City.
Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) care for patients of all ages, with a variety of health conditions. DCs are especially well known for their expertise in caring for patients with back pain, neck pain and headaches with their highly skilled manipulations AKA chiropractic adjustments. They also care for patients with a wide range of injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, involving the muscles, ligaments and joints.
Here at Schertz Chiropractic, we recommend stretching after an injury to aid in the healing process. Performing certain chiropractic stretches strengthens the muscles around the injured area which increases flexibility and function. These types of stretches can also help prevent future injuries.
If you experience any pain during stretching, either decrease the intensity of the stretch, or discontinue the stretch until you are able to speak with your chiropractor.

If you’re looking for a chiropractor Dr. Acosta is the man! The whole team is great and very friendly. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I went in with constant headaches, sinus issues, and neck pain that never seemed to resolve. I never thought about chiropractic care until one of my friends recommended they might be able to help… resolve my symptoms! Sure enough after just a few appointments my headaches are almost completely gone, my neck pain, and sinuses have also significantly improved. Dr. Acosta is great showed me my X-rays, explained what was going on and

The office is old and dusty and they need to update their equipment. They are not taking the necessary precautions to keep others safe from Covid. Front desk person barely had his mask on. Lobby is small, so they should make people wait in their car till ready to be seen. Did not see them wiping down exam rooms or chairs between patients. Once the doctor came into the room he was not wearing a mask during my entire exam.
Usually I am more cautious than this, I should of canceled my appointment when I walked in.
