Dr. Chad Gill enjoys offering chiropractic care, acupuncture and Fitness Training to Wellington and the surrounding communities. As an athlete his whole life and the current team chiropractor for the Wellington Heat, Dr. Gill is passionate about helping athletes stay healthy and perform better.
Functional Movement: Our day-to-day lives require movement. These movements come naturally and humans have been performing them for thousands of years. Functional movements are inherently safe and can accomplish a lot of work since multiple muscles and joints are working together. Cross Fitness Training replaces single joint movements with functional movements.
Maybe you've heard about chiropractic care through a friend or did some research online. Maybe you're just tired of living in pain. Let's be honest, how much do you enjoy your current fitness routine? Are you stuck in the rut of doing back and bi's, thighs and tri's followed by 30 minutes of mind-numbing cardio work. Perhaps, you have caught the running bug spending hours pounding the pavement and now are suffering the consequences on your feet, knees and hips.
There are two ways to get started. If you are an experienced exerciser, just come on in! No better way to teach a kid to swim, then to throw him in the water right? Well, that's not quite accurate. As long as you are halfway proficient in the basic movements, we will teach you as you go. The other way to start is to join our Starter Class.
