Troxell has served my family and I for over a decade. My agent has kept up with me on a regular basis and helped me find better quotes when a company would raise their rates. Absolutely horrible company. We ended up with this firm when our Travelers agent retired. We had been customers of good standing with Travelers for over 20 years. Found out that we had been over insured on our home for the past 14 years. The new agent at Troxell said we would need to have our home inspected in order to determine the current replacement value. Sounded simple enough but we kept getting the run around about getting it done. After a month and still no inspection, we found another and better company. Even when we tried to cancell took over three days for them to send us the paperwork
