I walked into Dr Ayer's dental clinic as a new patient needing several crowns. Dr Ayer was going to repair terrible work I'd had at a dental clinic in Overland Park a few weeks prior. I was apprehensive and very anxious about the crowns because of the negative experience I'd had at a different clinic. However, from the moment I walked in I was greeted politely. Dr Ayer's dental assistant Leslie, helped me feel at ease after actively listening to a brief description of why I was there. Dr. Ayers and his staff have always provided me with a great experience when visiting his office. On more then one occasion he has re-arranged his schedule to meet with me for special treatment (broken tooth, loose crown etc.). I have followed him thru 3 locations and will continue to do so. As a Veteran sent here because my mouth was so hard to fit properly, these people are the best in the business. My smile never looked like this even when I had my natural teeth! Quality dental practice. Highly knowledgeable from minor to major dental needs.. plus I don't know a single dentist that answer his own phone calls but Dr Ayer does! As a small business owner myself, that tells me he cares more about his business than other competitors. Staff is welcoming and friendly too!
