Dr. Pavia is amazing! I’m a hairstylist and my body gets out of alignment frequently due to over use and repetitive motions. Upon my first visit - I was pain free and almost back to myself... he used a different approach than my previous experiences with other Chiropractors and I found it to be much more comfortable and extremely effective! For a long time I always had dull aches in my lower back and in my shoulders. I said I had enough when I started getting pinched nerves causing my arm to go numb. I was recommended to Pavia Chiropractic office and I could be happier! The constant knots in my upper back/shoulder regions are no longer bothering me and the dull ache in my lower back is gone! Today I went to get my adjustment like I normally do once a week and Dr Pavia saw I had my knee brace on(I need knee surgery and it will bother me from time to time). I had issues with my neck for years, it had gotten to the point that due to the pain I couldn't turn my head naturally to look in my side view mirrors while driving. I had to turn my entire body, not exactly safe. The constant neck and shoulder pain was effecting every aspect of my life. I guess this problem built slowly so I just thought it was part of getting older. I never believed in chiropractors before but decided why not give it a try ? What did I have to lose. I found Dr Pavia on a google search and was fascinated by the activator method that pin points the adjustment process.
