As we were signing on the building purchase, the secretary came running into the office with a big screen TV saying we were under attack, and the world trade towers were being bombed. This should have been the happiest day of our life, instead, the day seemed like a heavy fog. We had to wonder what the future would hold.

Being new to the area, I wasn't sure who to trust with my automotive needs until a friend suggested Ray's Auto Repair. After the first visit I was hooked. One of the most frequent problems is tire cupping or chopped tires. This happens when the suspension is worn and can no longer do its job and the tires start absorbing the shock. It causes tires to become oblong then back to round every time they hit a bump. Over time the tires will develop abnormalities on the tread (cupping/chopped) uneven wear.

When getting your brakes checked are you getting a thorough inspection or is some one just looking at them? Our brake repair estimates are 99% accurate. There are times (1%) when we cannot predict unforeseen circumstances. We will dis-assemble and measure EVERYTHING. We will call you and give you a detailed list of the current specifications and what your brakes, rotors and drums measured.
