On a previous policy of mine, I was quoted at a certain dollar amount. Upon getting the bill, I was charged much more than what was agreed. When I asked about this, I was told that they would look into it and get back to us. One week later I called back to be told they would look into it (again). After two more weeks of this I was finally told that what I was charged was correct (Even though it was much more than the quote), and that I was required to pay it, as well as the as the amount for the next billing cycle due to the amount of time it took for them to look into the issue (Even though they

Been with this auto insurance company for 8 years or more, called them for a comprehensive claim, I had to call the car rental company for my rental and I had to reach out to the company that was doing my repairs. These companies should have reached out to the customer. They have a hidden clause, for tires that adds more money onto what you have to pay including your deductible. Horrible experience for how much I pay and how long I’ve been with the company.

They are very helpful with any and all questions that I may have about any of my policies, very friendly, always return phone calls in a short time period, I have been with State Farm since 2001 and will continue being a customer with them in the future, because of agencies , like Jim Hagan and his staff.
