Stumpf and Company has been teaching real estate seminars for nearly 4 decades! Ron started teaching his first seminar because he wanted to do something no one else was doing. My brother and I purchased our first commercial property with Veronica and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable as we navigated this process for the first time. She kept detailed notes, maintained professional communciation with us and the sellers agents, she also created a really helpful 'to-do' list with dates to help us stay on track to close. If she didn't know the answer she would find out and get back promptly and she was always good at following up with us and being available. Would highly recommend working with her.

We purchased our first business with Stumpf and Company. Alex was our broker and and she was incredibly responsive, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. This was not a large purchase, as businesses go, and I never felt like we received any less attention or care due to the sale price. She also did a good job of communicating with several different members of our family (often asking her the same questions) through out the entire process. Alex helped us lease our first office for our non-profit organization. She made the process smooth and easy to understand, and I kept waiting for things to get more complicated, but they simply weren't! Alex took care of all the details, was able to negotiate an early move-in date for us so we could get settled in and get to work, and she was very responsive to our emails and calls.

I had a wonderful experience with Ron, Veronica, and Alex! They quickly listed the property and I received various offers within a week and a half. Throughout the process they were attentive, professional, and followed up on the various details needed to the complete the sale. The process was seamless even during a pandemic working on the opposite end of the country.

If I could give Stumpf & Co. more than 5 stars, I would. It was such a pleasure working with them and having them assist me with the negotations and the purchase of a property.
