ARY Construction

My wife and I hired Ary contraction to remodel our kitchen, put in new electrical, remove walls and put in a beam. According to the contract, the beam was supposed to be approved by an engineer. In total we spent over 50k on the construction. Three years later we find out from engineers that the beam he put in was not up to code. This is a series safety issue as the beam was used to replace an earthquake bearing wall.

We called Avi and asked for information regarding the beam and he would not give it to us. He was obviously hiding valuable information from us that. Be careful when hiring this

Avi came up with a plan to completely remodel a poorly designed and very dated master bathroom and closet area in my home. It could not have turned out better! Working with avi was amazing. He completed My bathroom in a short period of time. For us we were looking for a smaller company that the contractor is in the business over 20 years. And we found just that. If anyone is looking to remodel bathroom or kitchen avi specializes in that.

This leads me to believe that 199.00 a room includes a smooth finish or texture.

I had Avi come over for a quote, and after a huge sales pitch, and immediately trying to upsell me on light fixtures he came up with a quote of nearly 5000.00 part of this was to install drywall around a fire place, (950.00) The rest was for popcorn ceiling removal.
