I used this firm to prepare my taxes for 2013 and 2014. The 2013 taxes were fine but I did have problems regarding 2014.
Issues:
1) I dropped off my 2014 tax paperwork mid-March 2015 as they requested. I didn't hear anything from them before the April 15 deadline, so finally called their office in May to follow up on whether the 2014 taxes were completed, I was told that an extension was filed on my behalf with the NC DOR - it never happened and I was hounded by the DOR for months.
2) In December 2015 I received a past due invoice in the mail for preparation fees for the 2014 taxes -
