Dave and James grew up as childhood friends in Folsom, CA. They spent their time playing sports, hiking, fishing, camping and backpacking all over California. Together on a backpacking trip along Humboldt's Lost Coast, James became interested in commercial real estate and they've been working together ever since.
We do all the legwork to help you find the perfect office space, free of charge. We'll scour the market for options, organize a quick tour, and guide you through the whole process. Our commission is paid by the building owner so all our services are free to you. You tell us what you need, we present the options, and you make the decision.
If you're a building owner in the Sacramento area with office or warehouse suites to fill, we are here to help. We are selective in the properties we take on, but refuse to be out hustled when we commit to a listing. We pride ourselves in giving our landlord clients an honest assessment of why the space hasn't leased and a reasonable timeline to find a tenant.
