Dr Kamran Kiani has decades of experience transforming the smiles and lives of our Pembroke Pines community. Dr. Kiani, a graduate from National Autonomous University in Honduras where he received his first general dentist degree (DDS) in 1998. Soon after he completed his residency at the prestigious Honduras Air Force Hospital focusing on cosmetic dentistry and surgery.
Then he migrated to the United States and continued working in the field of dentistry for numerous years as a Hygienist while attending the very distinguished Nova Southeastern University.In 2014 for the second time graduated and obtained a DMD degree, making him very proud of his accomplishments; "anything is possible"!

I have been recommended to pines true small from Dallas Texas by friends whom did some dental treatment. I contacted Dr kiani office to discuss my concerns that i was looking for some cosmetic work and replacing missing teeth with implant. Finally i flew from Dallas to fort Lauderdale ,I did my initial visit and consultation same day of my arriving and Dr. Kiani started the treatment same day , and also communicating with lab regarding my time frame. Finally my job was ready 72 hours. Unbelievable work and efficiency. Wonderful stuff, great facility, and high tech dental office. Highly recommended

Dr Kiani was phenomenal... I have a phobia of dentist and with him ... I can always get dental work done! Very smooth process and extremely gentle hand!!! Hands down great service! Great doctor! I was a little nervous going to the office but I really needed a cleaning. It was my first time here. I must say, I was very much impressed by the sweet, courteous and professional way I was treated. I informed them that I didn't like going to the dentist, but, by the time I left, I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next appt. I left feeling almost like family! Thank you, for making my visit a pleasant one!!!

Great staff and service, was looking for a second opinion. Had a molar with root canal treatment performed 2 years ago. It broke because i was never explained I needed a crown placed after root canal. To make the story short, the molar has 3 roots, and the rct was only done in one of the 3 roots. The dentist who did it never told me she didnt do… it right. Of course infection persisted. Dr. Kiani performed extraction of the tooth and placed bone to heal to have an implant place in the future. Couldn't place the immediate implant because the infection on the roots was so big he advised to
