Several years ago my wife and I were introduced to Active Release Technique (ART) and the skills in chiropractic treatment together. There are not many chiropractors that fit this bill.
I recently found Dr. Hamilton. To my wife and myself in several visits DR. Hamilton has shown us his treatments are helping us out. We both have issues with neck , lower back , hip , thigh and foot areas. Our visits are usually 30 - 40 min. We are both pleased so far . Dr. Hamilton does take our insurance coverage (Aetna) which is important to us.
If your in the Redmond area and need a chiropractor who is not

Dr. Hamilton is a multidimensional practitioner who understands how to blend corrective exercise, soft tissue management, and traditional chiropractic modalities extremely well. On top of that , he is able his own creative intuition and extensive experience to troubleshoot areas outside of traditional rehabilitation issues. He understands how to balance and assess performance demands of athletes and active minded individuals with a safe, effective treatment plan.

Adam has taken care of me for years as a professional athlete and helped me through all kinds of different injuries and bumps and bruises. Rather than an adjustment and sending me on my way, he's always taken a holistic approach to whatever my issue may be, incorporating manual therapy, adjustment, rehab exercises, etc. to actually address the issue at it's root rather than just treating a symptom.

This is the best chiropractor. I always feel way better when I see him and he adjusts to each patient. He works on your muscles more than doing a lot of cracking, even though he can do that too. He believes that it's not good to over crack a lot because it wears on your joints, plus the tight muscles he works on are what is pulling your bones out of alignment anyways. I've been in pain a lot over the years and he has helped tremendously! He always makes me feel safe and takes time to listen. He won't do any weird things to surprise you like some people. I'm kind of picky about
