This is an exceptional care facility for your 4 legged companion. He performed a surgery at the last moment and didn’t think about his hours of operation. It was about saving our shepherds life. His supporting staff was awesome as well.

I am so grateful for your help with my Toby. I called several veterinarians and ER hospitals for animals. Everyone told me that it would be 3 to 4 weeks.
His incident was at 10AM, they saw him at 1PM, did immediate surgery, were able to resolve his issue, and he is in recovery at 2:30PM.
When I was little, we use to use them and them moved away. But I will be willing to drive from Richardson to Grand Prairie just because they show they care. Thank you again for all the TLC!!!!

My pets have come here over the past several years and I can honestly say if it wasn't for the Vets/Nurses (Dr. Giggleman/Stacy etc.) I would NOT come here! When they were open it was a very pleasant experience the front staff and members were great. Unfortunately since Covid and only curbside service it has been a nightmare! The interaction… with Jeanette both times I have gone is HORRIBLE! She is rude, indifferent and definitely not trained well in bedside manner or customer service! It's very unorganized and appears there is no consideration for your customers. It's not cheap so I would

You have to be an established client to buy Heartgard prevention at this place even with a valid HeartWorm test from another licensed vet. Receptionist wouldn’t even tell me that they had NexGard which is a flea n tick chewable tablet that you don’t even need a prescription for. This place went downhill after Dr Peterson left. Good Luck with your pets treatment here!!
