Defense of liability claims involving a wide variety of products ranging from automotive to construction equipment. Our experience in automobile product liability began with General Motors Corporation, over the years the firm has represented numerous car and truck manufacturers. At the present time, we represent General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Company and Winnebago, among others.
The firm has acted as both local counsel and national counsel on product liability cases for medical device companies. Initially being involved in this area on assignments from insurance companies, our attorneys established direct relationships with manufacturers of pharmaceutical and medical devices.
