This review for 2/1/20. This is a great shop! These guys go over and beyond the call of duty of customer service. They're good and honest people and that's hard to come by these days. They fix your vehicle in a timely manner. The prices are fair and if for some reason your repair is held up they will communicate the problem to you.

Thank goodness for these gentleman for helping out. Thankfully their shop is located right at a stop light so one of the mechanics saw that my rim had started coming because of pothole a Mile or so before, & he pointed to it and my husband noticed it and pulled into the shop right and they were able to fix it within a good time and we sat in the lobby while waiting and the gentleman up front were very polite and also funny :) thank you!!

My son had repairs done to his left front end two weeks ago. They claimed that they aligned his wheels, however as he drove home to Columbus, OH his car shook when he drove over 60 mph. He found out that his rim was bent, which Southgate never told us. Once he replaced the rim he went back to Southgate to get the complimentary alignment that they told me they would provide only to be charged for it. I feel that it was wrong that they did not inform us that there was a problem with the alignment because we would have had that fixed as well and they put my son in danger by not letting us know that

2008 Ford Focus SE/Came in for 3 engine mounts and a vacuum leak. Turns out the vacuum leak was a flex pipe, and the motor mounts are $250 each. 3 hours, 2 motor mounts, and a $150 flex pipe later she runs like a dream. No more loud starts in the dead of winter, and no more shakes like she’s withdrawing from her last hit of methadone (she was screaming before, now she’s happy as a clam).

Great shop in good location. Took my car in for oil change and to check out my tires. The wait was about an hour so I walked around the area. Grabbed a bite to eat and came back and sat in the waiting area. The workers were all friendly and my car was finished. They pulled it out and it was ready for me to just drive off. Great place! Definitely recommend

Great so far. Took very good care of me and my vehicle. Lowered higher end sports car and they had zero issues with it being lowered and had all the proper equipment and knowledge to handle it. Very informative and respectful people. Great customer care. Awsome technicians. Will definitely go back and they have my business

Finding an honest mechanic is similar to finding a unicorn. The professional and friendly service here is top notch! They call and discuss options for vehicle without pressure to get a better sale. My son also had his car repaired (last year) and has had zero issues with it. I narrowed it down to three places in the Southgate area then called each one for a quote. Allen answered the call and was friendly and listened to what I thought my car issue was.
