Ayurveda, the "science of life" from ancient India, prescribes a regimen of practices including lifestyle changes, a balancing diet, cleansing rituals and essential massage. It is considered to be the sister science to yoga. The Ayurvedic system aims to reestablish the body's natural ability to heal and to align itself with the rhythms of nature, facilitating recovery for those suffering from diseases or chronic imbalances.

Laura's space is easy, relaxed and therapeutic. She holds space for clients in the space they are. Her touch is just deep enough without being painful. Her intuition is remarkable. She sees her clients as healthy and pain free and this allows her clients to see themselves the same way. Her office is conveniently located with free parking outside.
