Clara helped my fiancee and I buy a single-family home in Santa Clara in an extremely competitive market. She always took the time to make sure we were well informed about the home buying process and the current market, and she was very responsive to our emails and texts at any time of the day and night. Clara is very patient. Before we even start going to open houses, Clara spent hours understanding our needs, educating us and explaining current market. She accompanied us to the first few open houses and during the open houses, she explained to us in detail how to observe the condition of the house. Clara is simply amazing. I needed to sell my first time home and move out of state. She was there for me every step of the way. She had contractors who could get the work done quickly and inexpensively. She made all of the appointments and was available to meet with the workers. She saved me so much work. I feel extremely lucky to have been referred to Clara Lee. The bay area housing market is extremely competitive and finding a house in the right location with the right price was not easy. We were outbid several times and now I've learned that the way to win a house around here is to have a very capable agent. Clara went above and beyond when making the offer on our current house, making sure we made the most attractive offer, negotiating with the sellers, and other small tricks that she knows about.
