Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Had the privilege of speaking with Casey, and she has THE worst customer service! She is not nice and very rude. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Such a bad look for the company. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she needs to find employment elsewhere!

Polite and reasonable before you move in but the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to us moving in. There were sticky handprints on windows. Dust and grime over most surfaces. Stains all over the bathroom cabinets, etc.
During the earthquake, the upstairs apartment flooded from an unsecured water heater. We called to get the water shut off and they couldn't tell us where the water shutoff was. Following this flood we temporarily moved out as the apartment was unlivable. After repairs started, the landlord Kasey said that the apartment was still liveable while repairs were made. As the

Worst experience ever. Never came to repair things that were needed to get fixed. When they finally came to check anything out they always needed to send someone else to actually repair what was wrong if they ever even got to it. Never kept track of receipts or anything at all to be honest. Now that we've moved out they want to take everything from our deposit for things that we called to have been fixed long ago. Rude and unprofessional.

During my time under this company I had to call numerous times for repairs. The repair man showed up weeks later. Plus upon moving out the manager conducted the walk through and agreed on the deposit. When we went to get our deposit they claimed to have walked through again and found other issues, and decided to give us less that previously agreed on.
