Kris Olin is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, open and honest with his clients. He prepared me for multiple outcomes and professionally guided me through the entire process. He never made me feel uncomfortable and understood my apprehension before my case was heard. I highly recommend him for any legal issue.

John Robertson, of Spicer Law Firm, PC, is an extremely knowledgeable and competent attorney. He responded quickly, and was always courteous in his communications. Although we initially retained his services for a simple real property closing, the situation became more complicated than anticipated. Mr. Robertson and his staff handled each complication efficiently and professionally. The closing took place as scheduled, in a timely manner. We highly recommend his expertise and services.

I felt this Law Firm should have a review on their website but now I guess I understand why they don't. The lawyer I worked with was ok and things worked out but I found the front office to be very unprofessional. I called on occasions that I felt I had to and felt as if I was being ridiculed and could even hear laughing in the background. Most of the time a lady named Barbara answered the phone. Kris Olin was the best choice I could have made for my legal representation. He was honest from the very beginning about the circumstances of my case and I was not hit with any surprises along the way. He was so nonjudgmental and made me feel comfortable to ask every question I had. When these questions did arise, he was easy to get in contact with and quick to reply to any messages. Kris communicated effectively and in a way that I could understand. I felt respected and like he really listened to and acknowledged my concerns.

I own a single property in Roanoke county that I have been renting out for the past few years and up until recently I've had pretty good luck with the tenants. Once I ran into a situation with a problematic tenant though, I found myself disjointed and confused about the law and what I could do to remedy the situation either by squashing lease violations or potentially evicting the tenant. The law seems to heavily favor the tenant and the steps required to remedy a problem situation, left me uncertain about how to proceed. I attempted to reach out to a couple of attorneys in the Roanoke area but
