Beautiful product, but only captured our son and not my wife and I standing behind him because we were considered to be in the background— even though there are trees and people behind us. So we’re stuck with a pic of just our son. We emailed back and we were told we were at fault for not reading the fine print of the website. We could return it and pay 20% but a refund or exchange for the pic we wanted was out of the question.

Honestly this was the best gift i ever purchased in my life. I ordered it Nov. 16 and received it nov 23. Super fast survive for the quality of it. I got a picture of both my brothers who passed away within 2 years of eachother and it was just so amazing. Even though it's kind of pricey it was definitely worth it.
