Adam Nagreski opened his firm, Nagreski Law, in his hometown of Benton, Illinois. It was always his dream to be able to help the members of the community that he grew up in. Adam's practice allows him the ability to strive daily to help the people of Southern Illinois with matters that range from preparing wills, trusts, contracts or other legal documents to fighting for his clients' rights in the courtroom.
One of the more difficult questions to answer during our life is, what do I want to do with my property once I have passed away and who do I want it to go to? It is never enjoyable speaking about our own demise especially since we think it will not happen soon. However, we all realize that we are not guaranteed tomorrow, regardless of our age.
The death of a loved one is never easy and is only made more difficult when trying to carry out their last wishes. In Illinois, there are numerous issues to consider when handling the property of someone that has passed away. Primarily, can the property be transferred outside of court review or must a case be filed at the courthouse?
Being charged with a crime can be a very nerve racking experience and this is true, regardless if it is a felony, misdemeanor or traffic violation. It is of the utmost importance to have someone to guide you through the process and help protect your rights. As a former prosecutor, you can rest at ease knowing you have an attorney with the experience to handle your case from beginning to end.
Injuries come in all types and sizes. You may have been injured in a car accident, hurt on the job site or injured in a store. It does not matter whether these acts were intentional or through the negligence of others, all of these injuries can have terrible effects on your self and those that you love.

During an extremely difficult time in our lives, Adam helped us with end of life planning providing great information and addressing all of our questions and concerns. When neither of us was able to travel, he went out of his way to come to the hospital and to our home to start and complete various paperwork. His office staff couldn't have been more supportive throughout the process and helped in many ways to make everything flow easily. I hope not to need legal counsel/services again, but if I do I'll go back to Adam.

I've used the services of at least 3 attorneys, and they all provided itemized bills of the work they did, whether it was an email, phone call, meeting, et al. Mr. Nagreski simply tells you how many hours he worked on your case, nothing more. I asked him 3-4 times to send me an itemized bill, as is required by law, and he never did. Very shady.
