Within the past year, I transferred my State Farm insurance policies to Ed Ibanez's agency and have been extremely pleased. Ed and his agency have been attentive to my needs and always very responsive, whether it be issues related to my home or automobiles. We have been customers of Ed Ibanez's for many many years. We are VERY happy with Ed and his team. Everyone is very professional and responsive. Recently I had a situation where mice got into my garage and built a nest on top of my gas tank! They ate the wires!!! :-( I contacted Marco and he was "Johnny on the Spot" connecting with State Farm Corporate to see what could be done. Marco told me that he was 99% sure that this would be covered under comprehensive insurance and sure enough, it was! $1500 worth! Whew! So thank you Marco, Ed and State Farm.
