A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of problems that affect the gums and other supporting tissues of the teeth. If you want to keep your teeth for life - a completely reasonable goal in this day and age - you need to make sure the tissues that surround them are also healthy.
I have been a registered dental hygienist for 13 years. I feel honored to have worked with Dr. Pritsky since he started his "state-of-the-art" practice specializing in periodontics and implant dentistry. The majority of our patients are referred to our office by their restorative dentist. I feel privileged to provide supportive periodontal therapy to the patients entrusted to us.
I have been working with Dr. Pritsky's dental practice going on 9 years. I graduated from California State University, Fresno, and have resided in the Central Valley my entire life. My role with the practice involves treatment coordination and practice support and development. It is my goal to provide patients with the most up-to-date information to ensure they receive the best care possible.
While under the care of Dr. Alexander Pritsky, you will experience the attention to detail required to deliver outstanding implant dentistry. Over the last 10 years or so I've had 2 implants done by Dr. Pritsky. Not cheap. In fact, I was pretty offput by the price initially, but after going through the procedure I was impressed by the level of care and precision of his workmanship.
Hopefully I won’t need anymore implants, but suspect I will, in which case it’s most likely I would return to him.

Dr. Pritsky recently performed gum surgery on me for receding gums. His office is beautiful and sparkling clean, his staff is very professional and friendly and he is an extremely skilled surgeon. My gums are now restored and look very healthy. Thank you Dr. Pritsky and staff!

October of 2019 I became a patient for a front tooth dental implant. Throughout the entire process even until now March 2021 Dr Pritsky has kept in touch each time to see how I healed and always made sure I was comfortable. This office is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this place. They are good and super accommodating specially if an appointment needs to be pushed back or involves an issue with your actual dentist. Communication is great and hospitality is as well! I tried to post a review as myself, Sheri H., but Google kept flipping to my Mustcat Autry persona, even when I logged out and back in. Don't worry, I'm a person, not a cat. I've been a periodontal patient of Dr. Pritsky's for many years--at least fifteen. He did an implant six years ago. I love Dr. Pritsky, his staff, his dental hygienist, Kim. I consider them highly competent and dedicated. Even after I moved to the coast I return to get my dental needs attended to here.
