This company quoted us a price of $95 then charged us $150 with no reason for doing so. Their explanation,: "Yeah, sorry. That'll be $150." It also took them over a month to return them to us and now we have to rush to get our taxes mailed out the same day as they are due. Unprofessional and unreliable. Do not waste your time or money on these slackers.

I use this firm for my business and personal taxes. Stan Paradis is my CPA and has patiently helped guide me through some complex stuff. He has a deep base of knowledge and is very accessible when you need assistance. I'm a huge fan and would rate them higher if I could.

This firm filed my state return incorrectly TWICE. Only on their third attempt was it done correctly. I was assessed late fees/interest because of their inability to file a correct return.
I called and asked if they would cover these fees. Randy's explanation was they were not liable for these late charges/interest because they "didn't do anything wrong". As a client, I believe spending $250 on their services and having your return improperly prepared (twice) falls into the category of wrong.
Don't trust them.

Worst CPA firm ever, have been trying to get our taxes filed since February, here we are in July and still no tax returns. Needless to say, we don't know where we stand and have missed all opportunities to offset any potential liabilities. Not a reliable firm!!
