We came to Park City to ski 2.5 years ago. I went online to look at houses. I found Derrik and we had a long chat. I told him I was in no hurry but after 6 trips and many showing we finally closed on a house and he was with us every step of the way. 880 days from meeting him to close and NEVER felt rushed and he always showed us whatever we wanted to see. His local knowledge was invaluable but you have to trust him but all his advice was spot on in the end!

My wife and I found Derrik through his very informative and detailed website/RE blog. We moved to Park City from out of state so the wealth of local knowledge on his website was very helpful in determining the pros and cons of each neighborhood.
When it came to the transaction we knew we could trust him to get us the best deal possible. And when the delinquent sellers and seller’s broker (Al Johnson Sotheby’s) would not respond to numerous requests to remove their remaining junk furniture, Derrik took it upon himself to get the sellers junk out so my family could move in.

Working with Derrik was a great experience. He developed a deep understanding of my concerns & preferences. I found his web site very helpful as I began my search in Florida. He structured a tour of homes that let me get a good sense of the variety of styles & locations. We quickly narrowed it down to the one I had to have.
