Dennis G. Armstrong and William D. Brooks established Armstrong & Brooks Consulting Engineers, Inc in September of 2000 with the purpose of providing dependable and affordable professional engineering services to both the public and private sectors. A&B provides a broad range of engineering services and is able to do so reliably by employing educated, competent, capable staff proficient in the use of AutoCAD and accompanying engineering software.
The current staff is made up of a complimentary mix of registered engineers, engineers-in-training, civil designers, draftspersons, and technical support staff. Dennis and Bill are actively involved with each project at A&B to ensure continuity in the firm's commitment to reliable and cost-effective professional engineering services.
