When I first met Marybeth she was super nice and professional, but it took three months for her to complete the job. She never answered emails or phone calls, and when she finally did she claimed she was waiting on me the entire time so I had to send her proof of me trying to contact her over the span of three months. When I finally was able to pick up my papers and pay her she gave me a very expensive bill, of course I paid it but for the time it took and the lack of communication on her end it shouldn’t have been that expensive. Then this year I sent her four emails and called numerous times

Mary Beth and her staff have prepared my personal and business taxes for the last several years. They are very professional, and helpful and efficient.
