Complete Property Solutions (CPS) is dedicated to simplifying the process of construction by providing seamless services, start to finish. Our ability to help our customers from the very beginning and conceptual stages of their project through construction and maintenance is one thing that sets us apart from the competition.
Design-build is just one of the ways we can make your project work for you. The design and construction services are contracted by a single source, CPS. In contrast to design-bid-build, design-build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.
A ground up construction project is constructing a building completely from scratch - new walls, footings, foundations, etc., where no building existed before. Ground-up construction gives you unlimited flexibility and the opportunity to customize your building to meet the needs of your company in terms of work flow, capacity, and anything else that your company may need.
This was a project in conjunction with a shell contractor for a large 340,000 SQ FT distribution facility. CPS managed the build out of the office/mezzanine portion of the project which was approximately 16,000 sf. This office expansion was for our very own headquarters! With a fast growing team, we needed additional offices for our new staff, as well as to accommodate our field team when they join us for meetings and office functions.

We loved working with CPS! They built our new auditorium & totally remodeled out current gym into a two levels with an awesome children's ministry area in the second level. They did an excellent job while also saving us significant dollars on the overall project. Lead minister of University Christian Church, Manhattan, KS.
