Working with Felix Homes was a great experience!! I just sold my condo and could not have asked for more. My agent was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I probably asked a million questions, and my agent was always there to answer. The professional photos they took were beautiful. I received two offers in less than a week, and my condo sold for over asking.

We listed our house in Antioch with Felix Homes as I was very much against paying a commission that would give an agent the kind of check that would take equity that I spent years working for. I mean really... It's Nashville! One of many cities where an agent who doesn't waste a clients time can make thousands for just a few hours of work. A six percent commission has become a really unfair deal for a seller of a $300k + home that sells before any real marketing budget gets spent. Tyler was the answer. Tyler was exceptional and had lot of patience with our house hunting . We changed cities and even counties at last, and he was always professional to give his expert advise. He was very thoughtful and through in price negotiation and understood the market emotions very well. When we were planning our move out of state in less than 3 years in the home, we realized that our equity was pretty low. We considered traditional real estate companies but knew that we would not do well due to the sales commissions until we came across Felix Homes. Their program seemed to make the most sense but figured that a bargain on the sales commission would equate to poor service. "You get what you pay for", right? Well, we were pleasantly surprised.
