Megan helped us buy our first home. It wasn't easy, the 2021 housing market was nuts and we got outbid (not cash lol) a lot. Not Megan's fault. But she worked the contingencies and stayed within it budget till we got an excellent home! She was always responsive within the day and usually just minutes of a text. Very knowledgeable on how to structure a deal that would get accepted. I would refer my mother to her.
