Amazing staff all around and the Doctor made me feel at ease with my fear of the dentist. I haven't been in for 15 years and they made me comfortable every step of the way. Sarah the dental hygienist is just wonderful, she is so attentive and gentle that it's a pleasant procedure. She's a treasure... Laura the receptionist is great too and has a great sense of humor, a real pleasure to talk to. Dr. Kim is excellent and really seems to care about his patients and their dental well-being.

Great office! Awesome staff ! The hygienist is the best! My is the greatest hygienist in the world ! I had aan awesome cleaning with her ! Dr John was very informative and very detailed oriented ! Tania Knows everything about insurance and she booked my next treatment with DrJohn!

After being a patient for over 15 years, I can say with the new ownership I will never return! I expected some hiccups but literally every single bill since the takeover has been incorrect. It takes a fight each time to fix it, most of the time ending with amounts written off because of incorrect insurance billing. The final straw was after I had two cavities filled (haven't had cavities for years so I was surprised), the very next visit I was told I needed 7 fillings! I declined and have been seeing another dentist who has found no evidence of cavities and says my mouth is in excellent shape

I had my new patient visit today and i worried for no reason! I love how my new dentist explained things so well and the office staff put me at ease. The office itself is very clean and organized. I usually am very nervous about going to the dentist, but today's visit was painless and the whole staff was very respectful of my metal worries & needs.

I first walked in to this office over three years ago when I needed a second opinion on possible dental work. After a very thorough exam and x-rays, Dr. Waterman determined that major dental work I had been quoted elsewhere was not required. He explained his findings to me in terms I could actually understand and together we developed a plan of regular cleanings. I've been a patient ever since and always look forward to seeing his friendly staff.

I, along with my 3 children see this dentist and it is the best experience we have all had in a dentist chair. The dentist is genuine, and nice. The staff is fantastic, friendly and there for you! They offer a cozy waiting area, and stay on top of your dental care. I would recommend this dental office to anyone...especially people with children!
