I am a previous satisfied customer. I made a call on 4/27 describing an issue and asking if they would be able to run a scan to detail my engine issue. They were kind enough to work me in the next afternoon. A thorough investigation identified a problem with my Hyundai that had a service bulletin on the issue.

Global Auto Inc offers an Apprenticeship Program for future Automotive Service Technicians who want a career in the Automotive Repair Field. The Apprenticeship Program combines on-the-job practice with technical instruction and academic classroom instruction to train students to develop into highly skilled and knowledgeable Automotive Service Technicians.

I took my car to be serviced at Global Auto after the starter failed. After the diagnosis they confirmed the starter was the issue. The quote to replace my starter with a new one was $1150! I declined and asked what my charge for the diagnosis was, and they wanted $138 just for diagnosis, even BMW dealership's diagnosis are cheaper than that.
After doing some of my own research a brand new Duralast starter for my car is $173 at Autozone this means they are marking up their parts roughly 100% to get to the $400+ price they were going to charge me for the part. They also over estimated the hours

We dropped the car off on Tuesday with the anticipation of being complete on Wednesday. Close to the end of Wednesday, we still had not received a call so my husband called and they said they hadn’t even started it and it would be done Thursday by end of day. I called back to confirm about 3pm and was told they were halfway done and it would be ready by end of day. I called back at 5pm and no one answered the phone (they close at 5:30). Now it is Friday and I just called and was left on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and was told they ran into issues and it should be done by end of day. No

I found plenty of great google reviews for Global Auto and took my 2006 Saab to them with a very detailed description of what was going on. I'm 45 minutes from them but after talking to Alan was confident they could fix the car. They had my car for 4 weeks and billed me $5200. I took the car home and it was doing the exact same thing. They came and got the car and had it for another 4 weeks and told me it was done. I picked it up the second time and it was doing the exact same thing which was an issue of it not starting after driving it and then parking.

I've visited Global Auto twice in the past couple weeks: Once for a PPI and alignment, and second time for oil and brake flush. Global was very thorough on the PPI, and corrected a poor alignment. I did notice, after the first alignment, the steering wheel was not quite straight. When I asked to tweak for perfect center, Global perfected it with no question. My second visit was flawless- oil change and brake fluid flush for less than half the cost of the dealer. Best of all, they are local.

This is a great place to get your car fixed. They always do a fantastic job and they always keep in touch and keep you updated if anything comes up. Everyone at the front desk has an ecstatic and optimistic attitude. I've been to several other places in my life, but this one tops all of them. They are also descriptive on what the issue is and do a great job explaining it.

They did an awesome job replacing the alternator so my murano had enough power to run everything! Replaced radio component so I could listen to tunes again! They did an awesome job! Clean and excellent work! So glad my sis in law told me about them. So respectful and called to keep me posted on how they were doing and how much it would be, so no surprises! A great place for car repairs!

I only take my car to Global Auto when it needs work. They do a great job for a reasonable price. When possible, they have turned my car around same day. They always call and let me know what work needs to be done, tell me the price up front, and confirm what I want done before starting. Would definitely recommend.
