I received a speeding ticket and reckless driving ticket back in July for doing 130 mph in a 55 mph zone. This happened just a few weeks before I was supposed to ship out for Navy boot camp. Mr. Brian Dimmer took on my case and handled it to the best of his ability while I was away training. He was able to get my 75 mph over the speed limit infraction, lowered to only 20 mph over. I came to Richards and Dimmer two years ago. I was facing a felony and misdimeanor and was very scared. I found Attorney Dimmer to be very calming and liked the fact that he understood my feelings. Very simple, I was speeding in a construction zone. Got a ticket and immediately found Brian Dimmer thanks to positive yelp reviews. Spoke with him on my first attempt at calling their firm and he very confidently tole me he would either reduce to a faulty speedometer OR a non-moving violation. It was the latter which is the best case scenario. Couldn't be happier.

THIS LAWYER IS UNETHICAL!
About a year ago, I loaned a friend $4K to pay this law firm to retain their services after he was arrested on a drug charge. I had to use my debit card to pay the lawyer and was not given any information from the lawyer about what I was actually paying for.
My "friend" never paid me back and skipped bail and is now… wanted and on the run in another state. In the time since I paid his lawyer he stole from me and caused a lot of other problems for me and I don't want to have any connection to him anymore.
I contacted the lawyer and stated the issue clearly and asked

I hired Brian Dimmer to represent me when I was unjustly given a 6 point violation for speeding in Racine County. Every other attorney I consulted said they could only get my violation reduced to 4 points. I explained to Brian the circumstances of why I had to speed (to pass a truck to avoid running out of lane) and he was willing to go to court and plead my case. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that he got my violation reduced to 0 points. Well worth the money!
