Great experience at a top notch automotive shop. Just had four new tires installed on my truck this past week. Extremely welcoming environment and clean not to mention. All services went without a problem and a detailed list of what service I would need in the future. I would highly recommend this establishment and the professionalism that comes with it.

Unprofessional and cold treatment-
Had heard good things about this establishment so when I picked up a nail in my tire I decided to give them a try. Received confirmation from front desk employee there that the tire could not be repaired and he was pleasant and helpful in attempting to help me locate a hard to find tire but did not have any success. Left there with a good feeling and knew I’d return when the need arose. In the meantime I located the tire and went back to ask what kind of options I had to get the tire put on. I was greeted by the same gentleman who claims he did not remember

If I was able to give more stars I would. Connecticut Tire and the friendly staff who work there are beyond helpful and will take care of you like family. Very professional service, clean shop, and excellent customer support. Working with custom jobs that differ from factory sizes can be complicated as issues with fitment often occur. One of my tires (Front right) has exposed metal, (pretty bad) and is unsafe to drive. I had gone there with a tire asking if he could simply swap it until i had the ability to get another tire for the lesser worn front left. Guy i spoke with would NOT replace a tire for me even though i had the tire in my trunk. 10 minute job he was going to charge $45 for. Which i was fine with as i needed it done. However, He kept trying to sell me new tires. when i told him i wasnt interested in buying tires as i didnt have the funds to do so and would appreciate it if he could swap out the front right for the

Had a mower tire that needed to be mounted and inflated. tried a chain shop and they wasted about 40 minutes of my time before determining they couldn't do it. called another shop and they referred me to Connecticut Tire. Walked in and was walking out the door with a mounted and inflated tire in about 5 minutes. The person who helped me was very nice and clearly knew what he was doing. will definitely he k with them when it comes time to purchase new tires for my two cars.

If you want first class service, this is the place. Don kept me updated while my vehicle was being worked on and made sure it was stored inside at night. They went above and beyond to get me partial warranty replacement of my tires even though they didn't originally sell them. Price is comparable to in and out tire places but you get real service. Highly recommended.

Connecticut Tire has serviced several vehicles that I've owned throughout the years and has consistently done an excellent job installing new tires, balancing & rotating. I've also had a few tires that received punctures from nails or screws and they've saved me additional expense by providing long lasting plugs. Service is great and done in a timely manner. Pricing is fair. Whenever I need tires, or service to my tires, they are my first choice.

CT Tire is incapable of following proper torque specs. If you are someone that cares about proper torquing of your lug nuts/lug bolts, do not bring your vehicle here. I specifically asked about this when having my tire patched, and was told "we torque every vehicle to factory specs" - that sounded great to me. Less than a week later I went to rotate my tires, and the only wheel I could not remove from my car was the one worked on by CT Tire. Jumping on a breaker bar did nothing, so I moved on to a standard air hammer. Pounding on the lugs for 10+ minutes did nothing, they wouldn&apos

Thanks to a "Welcome to Berlin" coupon, I got a free much-need oil change. Kevin, one of the managers, was very welcoming over the phone and in person. The waiting room was very spacious with free coffee and bottled water. There was even a TV with a remote. My only nit-pick was there were no womanly magazines to read, but luckily I had my Hartford Courant from home. I don't think that I would normally get my oil change there because it would have been $38.00 altogether; I'm not sure if they have any discount coupons circulating though.
