A dental crown completely caps a natural tooth or dental implant, using a dental cement to stay in place. They are both functional and aesthetic, being made from a variety of materials. Permanent crowns are made from a variety of materials, ranging from stainless steel, alloy, porcelain, resin, or ceramic.
A bridge, also known as a fixed removable denture, is made to replace one or more missing teeth. Bridges can be supported in any of two ways: natural teeth or implants. The false tooth is attached to the surrounding teeth to fill the empty space. Caring for your bridge heavily involves caring for your remaining teeth, as the bridge uses them as the foundation to stay in place.
Why do I need a dental implant? Dental implants may be necessary if you have lost one or more teeth from injury, defects, disease or tooth decay. Implants are made of titanium or titanium alloys because of its light weight, biocompatibility, and incredible strength. Titanium is also used for most orthopedic joint and bone replacements, but dental implants have the highest success rate of any implanted surgical device.
For someone who has lost a few of their natural teeth, but still has healthy remaining teeth, partial dentures can be the ideal replacement to improve one's quality of life. Partial dentures are a removable or permanent option that replaces or spans the place of missing teeth in order to reveal a full, beautiful smile.

This was the first dentistry I had been to in over a decade. I suffer from anxiety which makes visiting a dentist incredibly daunting. I have been to this dentistry twice now. My first visit wasn't unpleasant and I had begun having some tooth pain and swelling so I decided to return to same place in the hopes of putting some of my unease to rest. I waited for about two hours, which wasn't too surprising given that I didn't have an appointment. The staff I interacted with were friendly and the atmosphere was generally relaxed. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. So much that I haven’t been in like 8 years! I finally decided I needed to see one and gave Solomon Family dentistry a try! A few Sundays ago an infection that was thought to be in my lip made it known that it was really in my front tooth. I walked into Solomon Dentistry Sangaree and saw Dr Fischer. It was definitely a bad situation, especially when he said he had no choice but to pull my front tooth, but Dr Fischer along with his assistants Tatum and Whitney were AMAZING!!! They were calming and comforting, doing their best to get me some relief as quickly as possible. Today I went back for my permanent bridge delivery. It’s beautiful and again Dr Fischer along with Whitney and Tatum were fantastic!!! Everyone did

I am very happy with Solomon Family Dentistry. We recently switched over to them and I am so glad I did. They are so kind and understanding. My son and I both had some work done and the pediatrics office was absolutely fantastic as well. The dentist and dental assistant who worked on him were incredibly kind and patient. My experience was amazing. I had put off going to the dentist for couple years! I decided on Solomons dental because my active duty wife and son go there. I was really nervous to go, but this office holds no judgement. They are friendly and kind. The hygienist did a super awesome job and paid attention to details. She was awesome.
Going back Monday to get some fillings and get everything right with my smile again!

Everyone here has been awesome, but Dr. Riley is amazing and makes going to the dentist a lot easier. She talks in a way that is clear that she cares and doesn’t make you feel like she’s just trying to move to the next room. She is kind, compassionate and pretty funny too. Planning on moving my kids to her as well.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. Everyone at Solomon's is super friendly and makes me feel at ease. Jason Solomon is the best! He really cares about his patients and that makes all the difference. The atmosphere and decor are also nice. I am so glad I chose to start coming there. I have been a patient for years now and definitely not going anywhere else. I highly recommend Solomon's.
