At AD Private Fitness Studio, we change lives through exercise. Our new facility has the latest state of the art fitness equipment with a whole new look and feel. With our newly designed center and increased floor space we can now provide you with the ultimate training experience. I am so glad I found Auguste and his beautiful studio!

I was looking to tone and straighten my body and I didn't want to work out in a big gym. Auguste designed a program for me based on my goals, my needs and my body. I am also learning about nutrition with him and that has been great and a very important part of my training. I am so happy with the results of my hard work under Auguste's guidance!

We aim to please here at AD Private Fitness Studio. Most of our clients have tried diets, other gyms and fitness products -- without having any success. The problem with each method is that each person is an individual and one thing does not work for everybody. At the AD Private Fitness Studio, you will finally have success and achieve the body you've always dreamed of.
AD Fitness supports the efforts of our local, state and federal leaders who have implored us to do our part amid this pandemic by staying at home. While staying at home may help us evade this virus, this is generally not a top recommendation for avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, which must also be avoided due to the many serious health risks and chronic diseases caused by insufficient movement.
